SERVICES WE PROVIDE
The Office of the Chief Technologist supports Goddard scientists and technologists by providing co-located technology expertise and proposal support.
Technology Expertise
Currently,
we provide co-located technology expertise to the
James Webb Space
Telescope, the Goddard
Exploration Systems Office.
In
addition, we support the Sciences Exploration Directorate and the Flight
Programs and Projects Directorate by co-locating technologists. In this capacity, we help to:
- Formulate
near-, mid-, and long-range technology plans
- Prepare
NASA Research Announcements
- Evaluate
technology proposals, and
- Promote
technology infusion.
